More ideas, pinhole photography ?

I came across this artist; Gina Glover and a series she created called "Pathways to memory"

In her search for meaning and the lost enchantment of childhood, Gina Glover embarks on a photographic quest and invites us to enter her special garden. Her garden becomes the safe playground for the interpretation of symbols and impressions which have haunted her all her life.

Another photographic series she produced of a similar nature is "Telling tales from a garden"

Using a pinhole camera Gina Glover takes the viewer on a journey through a series of gardens from her past, now inhabited by a new generation of children. Her vivid colour images relate to fairytales and the lost enchantment of childhood. This series of pictures derives from her black and white installation exhibition Pathways to Memory.

I quite like the idea of pinhole photography, and the visual imapact it has, very focused in places yet very blurred in others.

I'm going to make a pinhole camera to get the type of 'feel' of retro photography like in my Grandfathers photographs... like Nancy Rexroths work, I feel it will be more atmospheric than digital...
